Method & conditions

As soon as I have received your request, I will prepare a quote and together we will set up a moodboard for reference. Once we both agreed to this and the 50% initial deposit is paid, I wil get to work. Based on the input I will create 5-7 concepts with one week to review. Followed by an edit round and another week to review before I develop the design into a final version. This final design will be send as high resolution jpg, png, SVG and Ai in several color versions.

For branding packages, I continue to create the additional designs from this point, with one week to review in between the edits.

Project duration is ultimately dependent on how quickly the client communicates revisions and approval back to me.

  • Please answer the following questions by using the contact form below:

    1. Usage- What will the design be used for? For print use, for digital/online use or for both. Please describe all the details. 

    2. Duration of license- How long would you like to be able to use the design for? For a set time period or for a lifetime?

    3. Client profile- Please give an overview. Roughly what size is the organisation and what services or products are offered?

    4. Content- What does the design need to show?

    5. Vibe- Is there a particular feel you would like the design to have?

    6. Style- Is there any of my previous work you particularly like? It would be useful to know if you have any particular preferences on style, although I'm always happy to suggest what might be suitable.

    7. Existing materials- Do you have an existing brand or style guide that the design would need to adhere to? Or any previous materials that need to be considered? If so, please could I see these? (website, instagram, etc)

    8. Color- Do you want the logo in black and white or color? If color please let me know what colors you are interested in.

    9. Timescale- Are there any deadlines I should be aware of?

    10. Anything else- Any additional information or directives that should be considered?
